Vaastu is a South Florida owner-operator, not a fund. Every property in our portfolio is personally sourced, underwritten, and managed — from Fort Lauderdale infill lots to oceanfront redevelopment sites.
Our thesis is unglamorous and durable: acquire well below replacement cost, operate with care, and reposition only when the market rewards it. The Tamarac assemblage is one example. There are many more.
